Hi, I’m Todd Greider, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified leadership coach with over 22 years of experience helping early-career standouts, seasoned managers, and VP-level leaders break through roadblocks and lead with purpose, confidence, and impact.

I know firsthand what it’s like to hit a ceiling. Earlier in my career, I faced moments where growth felt out of reach—but I chose to take action, expand my skillset, and open doors I didn’t even know were possible. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others do the same. My coaching is rooted in accountability, optimism, and a growth mindset—always delivered in a supportive, judgment-free space.

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me cycling (training for 65- and 100-mile rides), spending time with my family, or diving into a new challenge—sometimes literally, as a scuba diver!
