I learned early that growth doesn’t happen by staying where it’s comfortable.
That lesson started when I left home to study and live abroad in Salamanca, Spain, then continued through solo travel in unfamiliar countries, learning how to navigate new cultures, read the room quickly, and find my way when the path wasn’t obvious. Later, scuba diving taught me how to stay calm, deliberate, and precise in environments where clarity and trust aren’t optional. Most recently, completing a 100-mile cycling event after nearly a decade of telling myself “someday” reinforced a truth I now see daily with senior leaders: the biggest constraints are rarely capability; they’re stories.
Today, I work with Directors, VPs, and executive leaders who are technically strong but standing at an inflection point, with greater visibility, higher stakes, and less margin for noise. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped leaders sharpen how they think, communicate, and show up when it matters most. I spent over a decade coaching inside a Fortune Top 25 organization, supporting leaders from first-time managers to VP-level executives through moments of growth, pressure, and change.
At the executive level, clarity is the currency. I’ve presented to audiences of nearly 2,000 people and coached more than 1,000 professional presentations across industries and leadership levels. My clients don’t come to me for polish alone, they come to cut through complexity, command the room, handle Q&A with confidence, and align their message with the leader they’re becoming.
My approach blends executive coaching, communication strategy, and energy leadership grounded in credentials from the ICF, Yale School of Management, iPEC, ATD, and Blanchard, and shaped by real-world leadership demands. But what truly differentiates my work is my focus on outcomes: leaders who communicate with precision, inspire accountability without force, and lead with presence under pressure.
I’m drawn to roads less traveled, both personally and professionally. Outside of my coaching practice, I’m an avid fundraiser for causes tied to health, wellness, and community impact. Inside it, I help senior leaders extend beyond what they believe possible—for themselves, their teams, and the influence they’re capable of having.
